ECHO’s vision is that every individual and family that is literally homeless or at risk of becoming homeless is rapidly re-housed or sustained in current housing.

ECHO’s mission therefore is to plan, develop, and implement strategies and action plans to resolve the housing crises experienced by these individuals and families. Through collaboration with Member Agencies, Partners, Federal, State and Local Government Agencies, and Faith Based Organizations ECHO is able to provide a comprehensive approach to the issue of homelessness.
