Little River Medical Center (LRMC) has provided high-quality primary care since 1978. Each of our sites is staffed with highly-skilled doctors, certified nurse practitioners, and registered nurses.
Since its opening, LRMC has evolved into a network of services located throughout Horry County. The health centers are conveniently located in Little River, Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, and Loris. In addition to traditional primary care, we provide dental, behavioral health, pharmacy services, and case management.
LRMC operates two dental clinics at the Carolina Forest and Little River sites and provides mobile dental services to students at numerous Horry County schools.
Additional services provided by LRMC include Health Access, a medical clinic focused on providing medical care for the homeless. Health Access is located on Joe White Avenue in Myrtle Beach.
While LRMC does accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance plans, we also offer programs allowing uninsured individuals and families to receive services for a fee that is based on family size and income.
